ADVERTISERS/ EXHIBITORS

Display your goods and/or advertise in the program at the Ohio Brass Arts Festival

 

Exhibits

Exhibits will be hosted between the entrance and auditorium for maximum foot traffic from participants and spectators.

Exhibits may set up from 1:30 before the first band and must tear down within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the final band

 

Display Prices:

  • one  table ($125)

  • two tables ($200)

  • Advertise in the Festival Program

  • as well as year round on the www.OhioBrassBands.com website

Program Ads

Approximately 1000 programs will be printed with information about the bands and their selected repertoire. 

Ads will be printed in black and white in the program measuring 8.5" x 11” inches (the inside and outside covers will be in color).

 

Rates for Exhibitors

  • Full Page ($225)
  • Half Page ($160)
  • Quarter Page ($1230)
  • Inside Covers ($300)
  • Outside Back Cover ($400)
  • Center Spread - 11”x17” ($400)

Rates for non-Exhibitors

  • Full Page ($275)
  • Half Page ($200)
  • Quarter Page ($150)
  • Inside Covers ($350)
  • Outside Back Cover ($500)
  • Center Spread - 11”x17” ($500)

Additionally, all advertisers will receive an ad space on the www.OhioBrassBands.com Website for no additional charge. Full page ad purchasers will receive a large ad (with link to their home site), half page ad purchasers will receive a small ad (with link to their website) and quarter page ad purchasers will have their names listed as a supporter (with a link to their website).

Help Support the Festival

The Ohio Brass Arts Festival could not be possible without corporate support, the support of the participants and individual support.

There are four levels of support that we will recognize. 

All donors will be recognized on the www.OhioBrassBands.com  website and in the Ohio Brass Arts Festival program.

You may make individual, tax-deductible, donations to the Ohio Brass Arts Festival by writing a check payable to the Central Ohio Brass Band.  Be sure to write OBAF in the memo portion of your check.
